My top 2 favourite dishes of this restaurant, 1) Hokkien Mee Hakka Marble is the perfect choice to enjoy good Hokkien-style dishes. They are never selfish in putting much lard and for lard lovers, this is your heaven! Not too oily and the noodles don't smell like yellow noodle. Good! 2) Fried Laksa I gotta admit that Hakka Marble brings laksa to a whole new level. Unlike usual laksa in spicy soup, they fry it. Using the same laksa paste to fry the noodles, the taste gets even better with condiments like prawn, cucumbers and pineapples accompanying the delicious noodle. In my experience it may be a little bit more time consuming for preparing fried laksa than others. Be patient, the great taste definitely worths your waiting time. Note: Mild spicy. In the weekend, minimum serving portion is 2 pax. All is good. However, the owners are a bit hot tempered and they get annoyed easily during hectic hours.
